Hello friends
CNN's Paula Hancock did a report on the late Shlomi Buchriss, the reservist soldier killed in the rocket attack at Kfar Giladi a few days ago. As mentioned before, Shlomi was associated with a Nahal contingent at Adamit in the late 1980s. The report aired last night but the current bomb plot crisis in the UK has now pushed all other news from the screen.
Fifteen IDF soldiers were killed in yesterday's fighting. Thus far six names have been released to the public. One that hasn't, I am told, is one of Itzik Kobi's older sons. Itzik is a former member of Eilon who currently resides at Nof Ya'ara [the Ya'ara suburb]. Itzik worked with me for a year. This son was from a previous marriage and never lived in Eilon.
